How we use information you provide us. The IAM and affiliated local groups will use the information you provide on this form to process your enquiry and for related purposes. Transfer of your records may be made between the IAM and its affiliated local groups. We do not share this information with any third parties. If you have provided an email address the IAM will send you information on our work within road safety. If you do not find this information useful please unsubscribe on receipt or online.
Third parties may deliver some of our products to you or provide all or part of the service requested by you. In these instances, whilst the information you provide will be disclosed to them, it will only be used for the administration of the service provided and to maintain management information for business analysis.
Any contact made by the IAM to you through the provided contact details will be to discuss, amend or update your account with us. If you choose to contact the Kent Group from within the website, your information will be passed on the the relavent personael within the group. Your details will not be passed on to third parties unless permission is granted by you.
Email addresses submitted to the Kent Group when associates join will be stored by members of the management team and also a bulk email service MailChimp. These emails are for use to communicate Kent IAM business only, for example, reminder of forthcoming events. Your email address will not be used for non-related purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.
